Athens to LAX Day 22

 It was an easy morning taxi to the airport. Only one terminal to navigate. We arrived early, security was easy and everyone was planning on how to combat jetlag home. It felt good to hop on the American airline plane headed for home. 

We agreed to try to stay awake the whole first 11 hour stretch to Chicago. Three of us did. I watched 4 movies! In Chicago, we had to wait a bit for our gate as there were three flights late, but we huddled together taking turns to go get food and coffee. 

At LAX, Mr. King was the first to greet us at the baggage claim. Next, was Mrs. Reynoso. Gosh it was good to see loved ones. We took our last picture, happy to make it home safely. 

Now, we plan to sleep!
