London Day 4

Well, I was wide awake at 4 am, with only two hours of sleep. Jet lag sure is a beast.

I decided to take a moment and give my day a good check in.....and feel how they also might be feeling. TIRED.

At 6;30am, I went to their rooms and checked in on all of them.

We were supposed to meet in the lobby at 7am and board the subway for 20 minutes to then take a Eurorail by 7:50 to Salisbury then a 20 minute bus to Stonehenge. Walk around for 30 minutes and then take another hour train to Bath, and walk around for 3 hours and then take a 3 hour train home.

lLst night, when I was telling them this, no one was looking at me with joy.

This morning, when I made them tell me honestly, if they wanted to do this trip, only 2 said, "I will if the others do", but the others did not. THEY were tired. They admitted to not being able to fall asleep. JET LAG has hit (because no one took the nap yesterday, it finally hit them).

So, after sleeping in we began the day with smiles.

We have our subway tickets ready for our fun London day. The weather is perfect and here we go...

and a walk through Kensington Park's rose garden.

After a full day of relaxing around town, We met in the lobby at 6 for a SECOND theater evening. We hopped on the Victoria Line

and walked through Covent Garden,

to head to the West End to the famous London Coliseum to see My Fair Lady!!!
